Why Work With Me

Grief touches every part of who we are—our hearts, minds, bodies, and spirits. Whether you’ve lost a loved one, experienced a life-altering change, or are navigating the quiet ache of something you never expected to lose, I want you to know this: your grief is valid, and there is no “right” way to go through it.

I created From Grief to Growth because I’ve lived it. I know what it’s like to feel lost in the silence after loss, to wonder if life will ever feel normal again, and to question whether healing is even possible. I also know that with the right support, it is. Healing doesn't mean forgetting. It means learning how to carry your grief with you as you grow—stronger, softer, and more connected to what truly matters.

My approach to grief coaching is both gentle and grounded. I combine emotional validation with practical tools, integrating mindfulness, movement, spiritual reflection, and actionable steps tailored to your journey. Whether you’re in the early stages of loss or years removed and still feeling the ripple effects, I meet you where you are—with compassion, presence, and zero judgment.

Clients often tell me they feel seen, heard, and held in our work together. That’s my goal: to be a safe space where you can unpack your pain, explore your emotions, and move forward—not by “getting over” your grief, but by learning to live alongside it with meaning, purpose, and renewed hope.

If you’re looking for someone who truly understands what grief feels like and who can walk beside you with empathy and intention, you’re in the right place.

My mission

I created From Grief to Growth because I’ve been there. I know the disorientation, the heaviness, the quiet moments when the world keeps moving—but you feel stuck. I also know that healing is possible. Not because you “get over” your loss, but because you learn how to grow around it.

With time, support, and intention, we can shift from barely getting by to fully living again.

My Approach

I guide clients through their grief using a gentle but grounded framework rooted in:

  • Compassionate listening

  • Emotional validation

  • Mindfulness and reflection

  • Movement, energy work, or stillness—based on your needs

  • Actionable tools that help you reconnect to life

You’ll never be rushed, judged, or expected to “move on.” Instead, we’ll work together to move through—at your pace, on your terms.
