About Danielle

My story began with a deep loss that shaped my life. When I was five years old, my father took his own life. At an age when most children are learning how to tie their shoes or ride a bike, I was learning how to survive grief. That kind of trauma doesn’t just go away — it weaves itself into your story, and for a long time, I carried it silently.

Years later, I found myself living with unhealed wounds and unhealthy behaviors, leading to the slow unraveling of my marriage. With four young boys depending on me, I chose to keep moving forward even when it felt like the ground was crumbling beneath my feet. I chose to heal and rebuild. I chose to grow.

Through all of it — the loss, the heartbreak, the exhaustion — I began to see something I hadn’t before: pain can be a powerful teacher. The journey taught me perseverance, patience, and the power of community.

The real healing began when I stopped trying to power through my grief and instead started listening to it. I leaned into my faith and learned to accept the things I couldn't change and to focus on the things I could.

I turned to yoga and meditation, spiritual healing and inner work, not just as coping tools, but as pathways to transformation. They helped me rediscover who I really was beneath the pain — and who I was meant to become.

Today, I help others do the same.
